Cabo Cush Hotel

What a pleasant surprise. Close to the harbor - can walk everywhere. The staff was so friendly! Yes, this is not a hotel for everyone. If you are looking for something fancy this is not the place BUT if you want a nice place that lets you experience Mexico this is it. Mexican tile work everywhere is a very nice touch.The bed was great, the shower head was wonderful - lots of hot water. Try any restaurant in the 'neighborhood' great meals and a lots less expensive than the harbor.

We stayed there one night in February because the rest of our stay was in Saj Jose del Cabo. It was good, basic, clean, and convenient. Close to town but not the best neighborhood in the world.

This is a great place to stay. After looking at the price I really didn't expect much at all. I was wrong. The staff were great, slight language Berrie as I don't speak Spanish, However they did go over and beyond to insure that my every wish was provided. It is only 4 blocks from the marina where everything goes on. 1 block from a convent store to purchase sodas or what ever. many restaurants withing walking distance and even had a secured place to park the rental car. I believe if you stay here you will be very pleased. Not a resort however for a place of conveyance and comfort it is a great place. I would recommend this hotel and would defiantly stay here again.

Hotel is not located at city centre.no taxi or shuttle servicie near by.This hotel is a budget one and good for backpackers not good for those going on vacation to los cobos.

You can't beat this place for the price. Comfortable and clean bed. Easy walking distance to all the tourist locations.

the staff was nice enough. the people either staying or living there were very shaddy, did not feel very safe and i was a female solo traveler. i had to take my backpack with me just for peace of mind. Close to the marina and restaurants so that was ok. the price was the only incentive... beds were descent... it was just the people that reside there that made it shaddy.

the staff is great!!! very helpful, friendly. good security. this is not a place for people who want a resort. I am an underwater photographer who was diving all day and just needed a place to edit my photos and crash. the price was right!

I booked this hotel because of the proximity to the marina 4 blocks and the price was very affordable. But I also considered that it's somewhat new construction built in 2008. The neighborhood area is a mixture of residential homes and businesses which are much older. However, I always felt safe there and walked around the neighbor daily even after dark with no problems. Although the room/hotel can be load/noisy during the day, It was much quieter during the night. The hotel is right on a somewhat busy/narrow road and the noise travel throughout the hotel making it very loud at times.The rooms are big and the air conditioner worked great the digital safe was nice and free of charge. However, the TV was horrible an old model not flat screen with a poor picture quality. The water pressure on the other hand was excellent and there was always enough hot water to be had. The king size bed was very nice/comfortable and pillows were big and soft. Wireless internet was okay and worked every time just real slow. Their is no phone in the room.

I enjoyed my 5 day stay at Cabo Cush. Big rooms, comfy beds, decent shower, secure facility, close to town, good staff that were very helpful, secure parking at night, reliable Internet connection, in room mini fridge,etc. I suggest a room on the second floor, away from the main road. I could hears some traffic at night from room 107, near the road. Neighborhood is a bit noisy but I enjoy the "local" feel in comparison to the resort vibe.
