"Wifi doens't work."

Great hotel, but WIFI is so bad its almost unusable, and in a 3G/4G blackspot so hard to use mobiles for data.

"Too Isolated"

The Ritz is a nice enough hotel but is in an industrial area of town . It struggles to be a big time hotel but it isn't. All in all it was simply OK.

"Swimming pool without sun beds"

This hotel is very clean and secure , close to Gaisano shopping mall in a safe residential neighbourhood and has friendly staff but two things let the hotel down (1) the included breakfast is a set menu and even an omelette will cost extra (2) there is a lovely swimming pool, pool area bar and grassed area but no sun loungers so perhaps it's all just for show and not for using?
