I like this hotel and it's location, staff, layout and services. Nice lobby and big for meeting business clients, etc. Good, friendly staff. Very clean rooms and spacious. Good family pool that is clean and not overly toxic with chemicals, but still clean water and pleasant. Good food, but could use a few more breakfast selections that are European/American. Still, they made me omelets that were not on the breakfast menu. Accommidating! I shall return!

Booked into a superior room. Unfortunately, I been to better hotels for the same price of 3,400/day. Room set-up was basic..king bed in-front of a flat screen TV. We did not like the rest room at all. Toilet having a separate door..felt so stuffy inside. However, we love the bed, very comfortable and huge. The food was affordable with halo2 for only 90 pesos however they forgot to serve it so we end up to having one. They have fresh seafood from shrimps, fish to live crabs. Internet is just in the lobby and the poolside. We may come back for the food.

The bed is tarrible back breaking, the room okay and front door people nice, over all it is okay however for next time isn't my first choice.

We were disappointed with the hotel services specifically the promptness of housekeeping to hand the items requested even the most basic ones. Also, we were informed that there is a fee for bath robes. This is free for other hotels. The internet connection is very poor. We were not able to even log into a social networking site, not even one of us.

The room was very clean, upgraded bathroom. Hotel is not five star but the room can be compared to one. Staff will treat you with care and respect. WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

Took a while at d front desk for chk in. I waited for like 20 mins or more. Very few choices of food at their breakfast buffet.

We had to move rooms multiple times. First room the safe was faulty. Room was so basic. Second room air con did'nt work. Third room internet point did not work. Fourth room they had to put a wifi router in our room just to get internet. Then a code needed to be used everyday for each device. They need to fix there wifi so that its standard in every room. Very disapointing.

How could a hotel with such high standing not provide Wifi?
