SBH Club Paraiso Playa

We were put in a room on the third floor, the room itself was clean and well presented, but the outside was in a state of disrepair. There was a panel hanging off the wall, lights not working and lots of walls that needed repair and painting. We reported the issue to be told they could move us the following day, but when we went to reception and spoke to Carlos, he said that this was not possible, only the manager could authorise it but, strangely they were not available!! The location is great, the food in the restaurant was pretty good, only one lift works and the building needs lots of maintenance

Check in very slow not sure what the problem was, the rooms are tired and need updating, food was ok nothing great and the drinks were awful poor quality, service behind the bar slow, a very large complex so people with mobility issues may have problems where sunbathing due to slopes, I would rate this hotel a 5 out of 10 realising you get what you pay for

Plenty of sun loungers and no ques at the bars. Great views plenty of pools Bar staff and animation team where good

A couple of the days I didn't like the food but we didn't starve pudding saved us. Not for fussy eaters. Lots of mosquitos insect bites in the room. Mostly German guests. Steps to the beach not for the unfit.

The view is amazing !!!! The staff is very nice !!!

Sauna was not working Hammam was not working One elevator was not working It was indicate “ internet salon “ but impossible to find it

transfert from/to the airport is a bit challenging the lift is very slow

The room was so dirty. Insects inside and we suspect bed bugs as well. The overall facilities are old and falling apart. The plants are dying all around the property. The staff is rude. Drunk people during the night were screaming and nobody of the staff dared to calmed them down. The food was the same every day and quite horrible. A true scam for the money.

Needs only some details renewals. Is it worth the astonishing beach on which it stands.
