Struttura con all you can eat. Cibo vario anche se non eccellente. Spiaggia molto bella ma attenzione non adatta a chi ha problemi motori perché accessibile solo con scala ripida. Molto molto ventoso. Piscina ben tenuta ma acqua gelida nonostante doveva essere riscaldata. Camera con bella vista sul mare e di buone dimensioni.

La struttura è vecchia e poco pulita. Le sale necessitano di un ammodernamento. Dispone di servizi ma aime' non funzionavano bene. Necessaria la macchina per tutto. Ma se volete fermarvi li e non fare altro potrebbe fare il caso vostro. Animazione principalmente in tedesco e inglese ma era talmente minima che non dovrebbe fare la differenza.

Resort was far from any shops etc. Entertainment was poor if any. Room was comfortable and clean. A/C didn't give any cool air. Bar staff were friendly. However, there were no ashtrays on the tables in all outside drinking areas, I had to hunt for an ashtray and they were all dirty. It would be better to put clean ashtrays on the outside tables and pool areas and replace them with clean ones throughout the day. Food was ok, pools and view was lovely. I would go again, but only for a few days as it is far from anything else to do. Also not suitable for elderly or disabled as there are many steps and stairways. Lift breaks down everyday. Reception staff are miserable. No staff to help with luggage too. Definitely not 4 star. I would rate it as 2 star.

The hotel is a bit dated(definitely needs refreshing), so do not expect modern style.In my opinion, it shouldn't be a 4* .Rooms are spacious and bright with air conditioning and small fridge(seams not cooling at all),clean. There is no kettle and iron in the room. I feel that there is no food diversity, but you won't remain hungry-you may always find something for yourself. Staff is lovely and helpful.Swimming pools are not heated, lots of sunbeds around. The hotel is located just beside beautiful beach.

This was my 5th visit to this hotel but sadly, IT WILL BE MY LAST. The hotel is on its knees. It desperately needs investment. The view & location are incredible (paradise) but everything else is sadly TERRIBLE now. The hotel has always been a bit creaking but you were able to forgive this in the past because of the stunning views & location & friendliness of the staff. However, in the year since my last visit, the best staff have left and everything has BROKEN. The remaining staff are generally unpleasant and demoralised. I was checked in by Jana on reception. She was rude and obnoxious. She clearly hates her job and the customers. The gym equipment is broken and dangerous and quite frankly should be shut down (see photos). The sauna broke on my last day too. There are two lifts in the main body of the hotel - one was broken the entire stay and the other one broke too on my penultimate day. The hotel has a rat problem. During my stay, there were two dead rats around the pool (see photos). There were cockroaches in the rooms. Water started to pour from the ceiling in my room (photo). The maintenance man was quick to fix it (the AC). The cleaner who came to mop up was the nicest member of staff (the cleaners were always friendly). She was very apologetic and said this happens "siempre" (always)! The waiting staff in the dining room are miserable and ignore you when you say hello or goodbye. One evening, the chicken breasts were even undercooked. AWFUL - very sad.
