SBH Club Paraiso Playa

Das Personal war freundlich und srach teilweise deutsch. Es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze für Gäste. Der Pool war leider nicht so gereinigt, wie wir es erwartet hatten. Die Einrichtung ist in die jahre gekommen und könnte grundlegend renoviert werden. Das Essen war gut und einigermaßen abwechslungsreich. Die Regeln bezüglich der Bekleidung zum Abendessen wurden vom Personal nicht umgesetzt und auch das Verhalten der anderen Gäste wurde nicht im geringsten beachtet. Es war bis sehr spät in der Nacht laut und ein Gast übergab sich ins Blumenbeet. Mehrere Tage nach dem Vorfall war das erbrochene immer noch im Beet. Insgesamt werden wir nicht wiederkommen

I was there for the beach and it was perfect, the weather was beautiful! Some days almost no big waves and really nice to swim. The staff was friendly, It was my birthday and they left me a bottle of wine, I don't drink so I had to just leave it there but I appreciated the gesture. The pools were clean too. The room was spacious and clean, despite it was partially facing the pool it was quite inside. The sea view was really great. There are several terraces where you can sit and enjoy it.

It is allowed to smoke on the terraces where dinner/breakfast is served so there's a chance that you will have to breath in the cigarette smoke while you are eating if you are sitting on the terrace. The fish were almost always overcooked and this was really frustrating as I don't eat meat and it was the only option i could have. The internet (both wi fi and both my sim cards with mobile internet worked very slow and unstable and it was really annoying as I really needed it.

Awful hotel. Dirty rooms, poorly lit corridors which made us feel unsafe with young people drinking in lift areas, no air con, no kettle. Very scruffy hotel and around pool area SHOULD NOT BE 4 STAR HOTEL. VERY UNHELPFUL AND HOSTILE RECEPTIONISTS. Wouldn't move us to better rooms as apparently they were superior rooms. RECEPTIONIST would not allow us to speak with manager, so left it with Expedia to to help us, but no such luck. We had no choice but to leave. I come to the island 3 times a year and stay in 3 star and 4 star hotels with lovely rooms, grounds and exceptional staff, so consider myself as a very well seasoned traveller to fuerteventura for 10 yrs plus and NEVER received such shocking treatment. EXPEDIA AND SBH i expect better service/help from you

Beach is very close and staff are very friendly also amazing to find a place without any cockroach which doesn't happen very often on Canary Islands, size of the room was great and mattress very comfortable ..... Stayed for 8 nights and enjoyed every single day. Amazing view for various places in the hotel.

Smell by the drinks bar in the restaurant

There s an amazing beach in front of the hotel. There are freetime activities. The staff is very friendly. The food choice is huge.

A lot of equipment especially outdoors need repair, like the volleyball net, the swimming pool, plenty stairs ... Beside the quality food there some artificial tasting desserts and colorful yoghurts.

The view was amazing The room was cleaned every day and was spot on Kids pool area was quiet , no music and not crowded!

Everything was old and a lot of stuff was broken , our bathroom was a bit smelly ! No bottle water so you have to buy to get it into your room overnight even if you are all inclusive ! Over 11 nights not many changes in the menu and not a lot of options! (this is subject to every individual) Old sunbeds not confy at all
