My parents didn’t stay long enough to find out but the staff were friendly

I looked up hotel by address as wanted to be near friend to surprise her so didn’t research just seen how close it was to my parents friends

Booked on behalf of a family friend at the last minute due to missing his admission time at a previously booked hotel. It was very late so understandable there wasn't anyone at reception. However, someone eventually heard the door and confirmed the reservation.

Only that there wasn't any response for about five minutes but ahain I understand it was very late - early hours of the morning.

Interesting to discover the nudist side of the hotel as I hadn't read the small print! Lovely friendly staff, nice outdoor tub, good room and delicious breakfast

The meals were tasty.

The cost for breakfast could have been explained better. It felt like we were being steamrolled into paying for the most expensive breakfast & when we mentioned it later we were told that we didn't have to eat all of it. No offer of a refund for the larger breakfast to be replaced for a smaller one. We also believe that we were over charged for our drinks. We had one bottle & one glass of wine, but were charged for two bottles of wine. Also, we were charged for three bottles of beer & we only had two.
