"Superb"

All the staff are really welcoming and friendly, especially Lisa. Such a relaxed and chilled vibe. Even the other guests were really nice. The spa facilities are fantastic and the garden is insanely beautiful. We can't wait to visit again

The pillows on the luxury king-size bed were tiny

"Unexpected naturist experience, but nice hotel."

Booked fir an overnight stay in Birmingham. Convenient location and lovely staff. What was unexpected is that this is a "clothing optional" naturist hotel. This should be made clear in the description. Also, the Clover's description on the Hotels.com site states thst breakfast is included. This is not the case and breakfast is a payable extra. Having saud that the manager (owner), recognised this as an error in the description and honoured the booking. We would not plan to return to the Clover, but not due to any fault of the hotel, but more because naturism is not our scene. For those who are perhaps more comfortable in their skin, the hotel seems really nice.

Very helpful and friendly staff, all areas were clean and well looked after good food and reasonably priced

nothing not to like about this hotel, Steam room was out of action but was working as expected

The facilities are excellent and easy to use the bar area was comfortable and welcoming. Unfortunately on arrival were told that the expected free breakfast was not included.
