Very noisy as next to a busy main road and room was really hot. Breakfast was good but missing sausages. Be informed about this being a naturist hotel and you'll be fine. Was on a work visit and didn't know this when I booked. Staff were really helpful and made the whole situation more relaxed.

Aircon missing.

"How could I book this hotel out of all the hotels in Birmingham?"

The member of staff who could see I was shaken and tried to make me feel better.

I didn't realise it was a naturist hotel. I feel I should have been warned at least on the bookin.com website. I felt very awkward from the minute I arrived and there was a nudist magazine in my room. At breakfast I felt terrible and very shaken.
