"Great value stay in Kyoto! Very happy!"

The location is great, 10/15 minute walk to Nishiki Market and the main shopping street. Close to lots of restaurants and 7/11. The owner was really friendly and gave us a map when we checked in and highlighted good places to visit as well as good places to view cherry blossom. Our room was of traditional style which was really nice to experience. Toilets and sinks on every floor all kept spotless - fridge and microwave on our floor too so you could use those as well. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Not a problem for us but something to be aware of - the only thing that we were not expecting was that the showers in the men's and ladies bathrooms were communal, rather than shared. There is a shower room that has 4 showers in it and a bathtub, they are not separated by cubicles or curtains. However you could lock the bathroom door and shower on your own, this is what everyone seemed to do while we stayed so it wasn't a problem!

Lovely, clean property with all the amenities you could need. Really great location close to a nice shopping district, 7/11 for food, and subway/bus stations. Super friendly and helpful staff. Beds were really comfy.

Has quite a decent amount of space for the room, clean rooms, has a hot shower room and tub. pretty much all you need as a traveller.

Could use more power points to charge the phone, had to unplug the TV to accommodate two phone chargers.
