Localisation is amazing. Near everything. Hotel hasnt changed style since 80s/90s so its nice to see

A guy followed me in the womens bathroom. The owner of the hotel didn’t do anything about it. Also, the washing machine is crap, detergent doesn’t smell good and my clothes were still 100% wet after paying 100Y to dry them.

Owner was nice and helpful. Rooms where basic and tiny

The shower is like a onsen, a big space so no privacy. The price was to high for a basic room

It was simple but nice, rooms were spacious, comfortable and overall enjoyed the feel of the room The hotel is also located in a really good location, next to many different food and shopping centers and fairly close to the train station, overall great experience given the price and honestly would stay again if I ever visit kyoto For a 1 star hotel way better then expected

I was told that there would be a place to do laundry, but when I asked the owner, I was informed that the laundry was broken, not a huge deal, but slightly disappointed

the host was so nice and welcoming, the property was very clean. very good location

no wifi in the room or very slow in common area. it was cold in spring time including the shower room. Also some weird noises what kept you up middle of the night

Bedding was very thin, and uncomfortable. No extra blankets and pillows very thin and lumpy. Also communal showers
