Mi experiencia en el City Express by Marriott Playa del Carmen fue regular tirando a mala, principalmente por la habitación que nos asignaron. Nos hospedamos en la habitación 155, ubicada en el primer piso, y desde muy temprano en la mañana se escuchaba mucho ruido de los trabajadores preparando el desayuno. Era imposible descansar bien, ya que el ruido comenzaba bastante temprano. Además, otro punto muy negativo fue que entraba mucha luz por los bordes de la puerta, lo que hacía que la habitación nunca estuviera realmente oscura. Para quienes preferimos dormir con poca o nada de luz, esto fue muy incómodo.

Lo positivo es que las instalaciones están en buen estado, limpias y bien cuidadas, y la ubicación es conveniente, ya que caminando desde la playa al hotel se tarda aproximadamente 20 a 30 minutos. También destaco que la atención del personal fue buena.
