El personal muy serio, las personas mayores son mas amables que las jóvenes, parecen los dueños del Hotel, bueno hay un chico joven muy amable alto de lentes, nos apoyo abrir las sombrillas de la Alberca, es como un supervisor, relativamente el personal joven muy apático.

O hotel é organizado, os quartos são bons e as camas confortaveis.

O café da manhã é muito fraco, tem poucas opções e o café em si é péssimo. Não há vidro no chuveiro, a cada banho se alaga todo o banheiro. Não há frigobar nos quartos.

El hotel es cercano al centro de playa del Carmen

La atención de la recepcionista, no fue cortés y como iba con más familia les eliminó las reservaciones que tuvieron, a mi me mandó a la torre de city express hoteles, que es la más antigua, las habitaciones muy pequeñas y no con un olor agradable; el desayuno no tenía opciones variadas; De igual forma cuando ingresamos a realizar el check in, el olor que había en recepción era de tabaco. Realmente, así sea un hotel de paso no volvería.
