Only stayed one night...as expected for a 2 Star in terms of comfort and amenities in room. Check-in staff very helpful with sight seeing/attractions to visit

The reception staff went out of their way to give us a map and show us top sites and streets to visit. This was excellent service and very nice of the people. Allowed to check in at 11:00 which was great. Room a bit dated and looking in to other rooms not great but spent little time in room. Breakfast ok and around 30 mins walk to tourist area. Very happy with stay, thank you all!!

Room feels quite dingy and dark. Bathroom is really small w/ limited counter space. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby though. Only about 20 mins walk to the Mezquita

About 10 mins walk from Renfe station. Decent, clean, functional.

Location of this hotel is ideal and just a 10kin walk to train & bus terminals. Comfortable and right for the price.

Desk staff was excellent as was the check in. The WIFI signal was very weak and we kept getting knocked off the network.

Location is near train station. Reception is nice and helpful. But wifi sometime isn't working well.

First impressions count, and this hotel did not make such a good one. The greeting we received upon arrival was not friendly at all. There was also no offer of a local map or suggestions of where to go. No smiles and it felt like we were an inconvenience. We were given a room on the second floor but upon entering the room we were hit by the strong smell of cigarette smoke (despite my booking requesting a non smoking room). I went back to reception and asked if it would be possible to change rooms and I was handed the key for a run on the 4th floor. We went to that room but then found the wifi wouldn't work - wifi for young travellers is very important. I went back to reception and advised the issue. He advised he would reset the modem. No change. He started to become more friendly at this point which was a welcome change. He then came to the 4th floor to see if he could connect and he too couldn't connect to the wifi. We were then advised that we could either move back to our original smelly room or move to a twin room. We didn't want to have to sleep seperatly so we reluctantly went back to the smelly room. After opening the windows for a couple of hours the smell reduced thank god. Unfortunately the room was at the end of the corridor so the wifi connection was not strong at all and on the second day wifi on our floor stopped working completely too. The actual room was fine and the bed was comfortable, but the wifi and check in service needs to improve.

I stayed here for a couple of nights as part of a quick city break. The hotel is in a very good area, close to the bus and train stations, the shopping district and not too far from the beautiful historic part of the city. However the wi-fi in the hotel was poor, repeatedly cutting out and the room did not have air conditioning, meaning it was unbearably warm and difficult to get to sleep at night.

I have no complaints. It was a pleasant experience staying here.
