ITC Colón by Soho Boutique

Access to this hotel is down a very narrow one-way street bordered by parked cars on two sides and the hotel entrance is on a dead end street that you must back out from when departing. Street parking is pay/hour but the hotel shares a private garage for 10E/day. The reception area gave every impression of a contemporary hotel, however, the elevator floor corridors, and rooms told a different story -- the hotel is aged, well worn decor, extremely thin walls, and very small rooms. The bathroom had a toilet blocking clear shower access and your knees hit the wall when using the toilet. There was little ventilation in the room and when opening the window for cooling, noise from other rooms and adjoining apartments took over the space. There was no chance for relaxation in this hotel after a day of walking and sightseeing...however,the location was good for both business and historic district access. Staff was mostly helpful but they were not agreeable to providing hot water from the dining room dispenser outside of breakfast hours insisting that the water faucets in the room were adequate for hot drinking needs.

Compact room. Small lift and breakfast area. Easily accessible from high street. Walking distance to old town and new town.

We arrived from Madrid early and were given our room straight away. The staff were always very helpful. The location was fabulous close to shops, restaurants and the railway station.

Pros: - Cheap. - Good breakfast included. - Location ok at 10min walk from downtown. Cons: - Very small and old room (not important for me) - Worthless WiFi internet connection. Disconnect all the time and very slow when connected. Could not use to work, I had to work at a restaurant to get Internet. - Non-smoking rooms that was smelling cigarettes.

Nice hotel

It was ok. A 10-15 mins. walk to the CITY center but, super close to the train and bus station.. Which is a plus.

Staff were great a short walk to on off bus stop plenty places to eat at

The room was little but enough for my needs, close to the historic center , they keep my luggage safe meanwhile I e petted my train, so I could passa good day at Córdoba

It was one of the most affordable nights in our trip in Andalucia region. But you get what you pay for - small room but okay. Overall, I was pleased as it was a one night stay. For longer, I might have chosen a place with more space.

The room did not smell fresh. It was like a liingering smoke smell although we had requested a non-smoking room. When we asked if they had a non-smoking room they didn't really answer the question.
