Staff service was good, property could use a make over to help the staff

bad customer service i have to looking for someone to checking they don’t have a person in front to do that..

Property rooms were considerably outdated and old. Food quality was not good at all. What I did love about the location is the beach. Very nice.

Niot a pleasant stay. Property requires major maintenance. Our room had no water.

I like it the hotel was close to the beach and accessible, but need new furniture inside the rooms and bathrooms the beach was dirty a some point other than that food was good, excellent view to the ocean

Didn't like....tinted bed sheets were usted on my bad. Charges extra for breakfast.

Good price , affordable , could use some remodeling but it looked like they were making changes. Can’t complain the views on the beach were amazing ! Loved the black sand . The staff was friendly and nice easy check in in . We didn’t rally stay much in our rooms because we were out doing activities so I didn’t mind little things like remodeling being needed beds were fine , they had wifi , I asked for a refrigerator and they accommodated me. No hot water only mild warm

The place was ok but for the price i gues I expected something a little more sofisticated, all of the hotels around this area are in the same range. The beach and surroundings are amazing, you can really relax

Staff were friendly and accommodating (brought us a fridge when we requested) however would be nice to have some partial English speaking staff. Has a very good shower and first two days we had hot water. Third day not. There is a resturant/bar on site which is good as there really isn’t much else around to speak of. Best bet is to take Uber to El Tunco which has lots of restaurants. My biggest disappointment is I chose this place because it had a pool and was happy to have poolside room, however, was not able to access it as many locals and family’s come there for the day. Was super busy. Pool is small to begin with. Love the ocean front. Love the ability to run a tab at restaurant and charge to the room- very convenient. Huge room. It is rated a three star and it a good three star.

Nothing good to said about this hotel. Very disappointed too much money spent and not happy at all.
