It was a little dirty plus the staff never came to clean the room

Everything was nice except the towels are gross, they're supposed to be white but they looked yellow. They should changed to new towels already. The food is really good, the service is good but the front lady has attitude too, she has no manners to customers, she doesn't say thanks, or please, doesn't laugh, looks like shes mad

This place is worst than a motel, the rooms smelled like mold and mildew. Towels was cheap and worn/stained. The pool was filled with what looked like locals having a kids pool party. Mind you the pool is already small. The so called bar had 3 bottles of liquor. I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone on vacation. We didn’t end up staying even tho the rooms was paid for. We checked into another hotel.

Hotel service was terrible mentions about no hot water numerous times to the front desk and they never did nothing about ending up canceling my last night from broken promises from this day place and moved to another hotel. This place does not care about customer service.

When we first arrived at the hotel we couldn’t find where to check in. At 2:30AM the power went out so we could not go back to sleep because it was too hot in the room. We also couldn’t take a shower because obviously with no power there was no running water. I would not recommend this place.

Great property with everything you need to enjoy a vacation. Pool is great. They are always cleaning to keep it maintained. The food is delicious but does take some time to prepare since everything is made fresh to order (not pre made). We will definitely come back.

1. There is no front desk counter(picture attached) 2. No tissue paper holder, no shampoo, no mats after shower, dirty toilet, no hot water, shower water stagnant. 3. Only one girl doing everything(check in from bar, WiFi issues, restaurant orders, bar orders, managing people, taking calls, using whats app, Facebook....she is good, but they need more of her). 4. No parking on site, the cameras are fake 5. No room services, no bell boys, no phone lines 6. Worn down sheets, one pillow in a king bed, no comforter. 7. The door lock is loose, wobbly, manual KEY is handed.

I liked how close it was to the beach. I liked the pool, scenery, balcony view, and good ac. I like that I got a really late check out for no extra charge. The food and drinks were good, but I didn't taste alcohol in my drinks really. I didn't like that nothing else was in walking distance to the hotel. Also, I didn't have hot water the first day until I wrote on the chat section about it because there is no one at the hotel at the front desk to speak to. Prices for food and room seemed similar to US prices. I only had two towels, no rags. No one spoke English so no one seemed to want to take my orders. I had to keep getting up to go talk to the waiter so I could order my food. No one would come to me to take my order even after I asked for a menu. Some of the staff were nice towards the end of my stay and someone who could understand English finally started answering me on the chat section.
