SABAS Beach Resort

Overall is a nice and safe hotel to enjoy the beach.

The staff are very nice! The beach area not so much, needs cleaning. Rooms are nice and spacious but didn’t have hot water. Overall good.

Terrible online services for reservations. I was reserve and when I get in the hotel said doesn’t have any room for me and bad support to solve the situation and mention they has another similar situations

There was a cockroach in the hotel room

I liked that is realty close to the beach . The food is terrible and expensive .The pool is too small and got crowded when I wanted to get in with my girlfriend.

I do not think I would ever want to stay at this place again. Pros: Rooms were big and clean. Big and comfortable beds. Cons: We had a terrible experience at the restaurant. We ordered lunch for 2 and had to wait 2 hours for them to bring our food. Moreover, the staff did not bother to bring menu, it took them 30 minutes to bring one water and a coke and we had to asked twice for it. Basically, staff is not properly trained. Absolutely terrible customer service. They offer cheap day passes so the pool was full of locals who came just to enjoy the pool and were not staying at the hotel.

I enjoyed staying at Sabas Resort everyone was friendly.

I took my son on a surf trip and this place was amazing....close to most of the good breaks and the staff become your friends by the end of your stay. The rooms are perfect if you don't need a 5 star but to us it was.

Close to beach but very dirty.

Their stuff need to improve their courtesy and friendly approach to the guess... only 1 employees was courtesy and every moment. And asking if we need something... his name is antonio.. the room was clean becouse i told them to clean the room.. if i didn't tell them they forgot to do it... .. everything else was ok
