Blanco Apartment Hotel

Front desk check-in not feeling welcomed, old room but got hi-fi set, breakfast cheap but not many choices.

I have stayed here many times, and this time the reception staff were just plain sour faced on check in and check out. Also previously the beds came with 2 pillows per bed, or if they came with only one, a request for more pillows was not an issue. Now the latest management directive is only one extra pillow request per room. Any additional requests is an extra charge. Disappointing.

Nice stay yet poor tv reception. Nice food. Safe place to stay for we need to use key card most of the time. Friendly people..

The room is spacious, clean & comfy at reasonable price. For breakfast need a little bit of improvement.

No extra room card available. Each time we ask, the answer is card not sufficient..thats not a good answer. If the guest always take away or not return that second card, Just apply a deposit such as rm50 to the guest who request it. Like other hotel practice. Iron also not sufficient during my second visit

its was so upset because during check out when we ask for the deposit front staff said already return but we never received any deposit back.

This is a very nice hotel service apartment With a basement carpark, it is very safe and away from sun or rain. The lobby and hotel surroundings looked beautiful but provided you have your own transport. It will not be convienient without your own transport. There is a self laundry but you need bring your own detergent. Webooked a triple beds room, it was very spacious with a balcony. There is a fridge and is not the mini fridge at all. The buffet breakfast which is included is just average and enough to start off the day.

We booked thro' Trivago. Stayed there recently for 1 night with my family of 5. The receptionist / other staff were friendly and polite. Room, bathroom, towel etc were clean. Breakfast was excellent. Overall, we're very satisfied. Thank you Jinhold, will definitely come back

Very good apartment hotel. When booking I thought I choose apartment room with sea view, when check in I got city view. A bit disappointed but our room still got view. we have everything we need in room except ironing. Not so much choice in breAkfast table. Half boil cook egg become really cooked egg. 😬 well still considers to again because very value for money.

First we check in the room got smelly,after we seek for Help and Inform the counter we urgent to go out but there take around 10 min just to room to do checking .i feel so disappointed on the room cleaning for this hotel.i won’t be back to this hotel anymore.plus the breakfast not nice enough.
