スタッフが親切でした。ホテルもきれいです。朝食が毎日違うメニューが準備されていたのはよかったです。長期滞在者にはおすすめです。

Ada kesan tompokkan kotor pada selimut dan terpaksa ditukar dahulu sebelum menggunakannya. Receptionist yang tidak mesra dan agak sombong. Cerek elektrik yang berkarat pada bahagian dalamnya.

This hotel have very good price.. Comfortable and room have big space.. Not feel suffocating like some hotel with same price value. The receptionist very helpful enough to tell any info we want to know.. Car park is secure. I hope this hotel open its branch in Miri.

Big & spacious room !

I love this hotel very much. The 1st time we checked in, we cant feel anything special in the lobby area. But to my surprise when we get into the room, the room was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and I love the fabric of the pillow, it was very soft. I would recommended this place to those travelling with kids or family. Taking the apartment unit will be the great choice. Everything is excellent and I love the environment of the hotel. However, the location is quite far from anything so this hotel only for those with own cars or rented cars. Check in & Check out process was really fast and they serve the guest with a smile. Love this place and for sure will come back here again for my next visit to Bintulu.

Stayed over at this Apartment hotel and found to be like all trip advisor reviewers said. This hotel apartment is a little run down and out of place. It's away from town but nearby to the next best attractions which was the Pasar Utama Market. Points to note is that this hotel is relatively clean and can get quite noisy at it is situated by the road. I heard lots of dog barking and cars at night but still managed to sleep soundly. On average I rate this place 3 star
