Blanco Apartment Hotel

Stayed there for one night on 14/2. The receptionist is friendly and polite. The check-in was fast. I booked 2 bedroom apartment with balcony. The room is spacious & clean. The kitchen facilities - basic utilities provided, even the dish-wash liquid. All room equipped with bathroom. Gated parking spaces. The breakfast was decent, plenty of choices. Our room view was beach, quite a scenery.

Stayed in sizable family room, clean and comfortable. Little dispute over number of complimentary breakfast coupons. While booking website said the room stays up to 4 persons (4 coupons thus expected), the management argued that the booking confirmation slip revealed guests as only 2 adults (over which hotels.com members had no choice).

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment but upon arrival we were offered 2 studio apartments with 1 queen bed and 1 single bed for each room, which was a really good deal as we had more beds to occupy our travel pack of 5 people. Thanks Jin Hold apartment for the warm hospitality. :-)

Location is strategic which is a few minutes' drive to old township or new township. Rooms and kitchen are spacious, clean and well maintained. Likes most enjoying sun set scenery from the balcony. Basement parking is safe with private access between room and basement. Complimentary breakfast is excellent. Jinhold Apartment offers affordable rate.

I was travelling for work but my baby follow along and stayed in the room with nanny during our stay. I got us a studio apartment. Very convenient as kitchen is fully equip (includes two door refrigerator, induction cooker with basic cooking utensils, tableware), and self service laundry. Clean and safe room for baby to crawl around. Basement parking and lift also provided with good safety feature. Feel secure especially for ladies. May be inconvenient for those who do not have a car to drive around. Definitely will stay here again for my next trip.

Jinhold's location is good and that's the only good thing about it. The towels are grey and old, breakfast food is bad and cold, and I had to fight to use the washing machines and dryers with the staff who hogs the machines with floor rags. It was so disgusting! As if the above is not bad enough, the shower door does not close properly and i had to use one leg to keep the door closed to prevent the whole bathroom from being wet. The water heater does not work properly and the position of the shower is ridiculous making it impossible to shower without knocking myself blue black at the walls. The lobby's toilet is stuffy and smelly without proper ventilation. Staff are robotic and does not bother to hide their grumpiness

Very spacious room and I got free upgrade.

HOTEL EXCENTRE BON ACCUEIL SEUL POINT "NEGATIF" LE PETIT DEJEUNER QUI N EST QUE LOCAL

Location wise not so ideal. You would need a car to go around searching for eateries. There's a cafe belongs to the hotel but the food not good. I chose this hotel this time round because they have a very good promotional rate. I was quite impress with the room & the facilities. I felt secure staying here because in order to go to any of the rooms, it can only accessible by the keycard. The size of the room is quite big. I like the kitchenette, the hairdryer, the DVD player in the room. The air conditioner was good. Shower was good. The bed was good except the management would need to add more pillows, change the duvets to new & thicker duvets. I enjoyed waking up in the morning & I have a balcony. Recommended for travelers who have transportations for moving around. Note to management - add more good sleeping pillows to all the rooms, change to new & thicker duvets, increase the wifi speed & improve on the food quality

Good ambiance, clean and spacious. Comfortable bed with a pantry inside was great for family with small kids. Good facilities with parking within the hotel compound. The only slack is the breakfast which does not have variety and service was bad.There was only one waiter attending to customers around 9am. Overall is good.
