Encantada Resort Vacation Townhomes by IDILIQ

Fabulous property with lots of facilities. Homes are modern and well finished. Kitchen has everything you need. Swimming pools are great!

Very average food at the bar/restaurant.

I love the location and that it’s a gated community. I also loved that it was quiet.

There isn’t a dog run of any kind. There should at least be a couple of dog runs.

I liked the amount of towels they had available and it was clean facility. They had a cute mickey mouse decor. The king bed was awsome and the linen was clean and organized when arrived. Cleanliness of the appartment itself was a 10. Parking was easy and the outdoor scenery was wonderful.

I was not given the appartment at my correct time because it was not " ready" and they offered a $25 dollar coupon to eat something in there bar which with that amount was able to cover 2 pina coladas not even 2 meals which was for myself and husband. My time is more valuable than 25 dollars. I didnot like that the dryer was not functioning correctly and it was really noisy to the point i thought the neighbors next door could hear the machine on. The jacussi didnot feel clean which when inside you feel some sandy crums or dirt. Also the floater of the jacussin where they were suppose to add chlorine tabs DID NOT have any chlorine, it was just decor. The jacusssi was NOISY the age of it was showing and the part to massage you was not bubbling enough. Very disappointed with the jacussi.

The hot tub and how close it is to Disney.

No communication from staff! And almost 3 weeks and my deposit still wasn’t released back into my account. They claim on their end it’s not pending anymore as of two days ago but I was getting the run around for two weeks and apparently I wasn’t supposed to even pay a deposit ! Now I’m out $250 and they have no clue of what’s going on !

Las instituciones instalaciones eran muy cómodas y seguro el lugar

Last atención al cliente no era buena para gestionar problemas ,a mi llegada demoraron una hora cuarenta minutos y nunca había un manager para resolver los problemas y todo era burocrático siempre había que esperar las respuestas a las consultas nunca nadie a cargo para resolver. Falta un protocolo establecido en casos puntuales y recordar que los pasajeros estamos de vacaciones y no podemos esperar horas por respuestas .

It was kids friendly and my kids loved it

It was up to date and I really loved that my villa had a pool but the kids was still able to use the community pool
