"Overall I was very disappointed with the stay."

I have stayed at this property before and was always a good stay until this one. The beds all made so much noise the pool was dirty. The shower door fell on my husband.

The pool was diarrhea the beds all made noise and the shower door fell on my husband. I went to the front desk and I was just told to pick up the phone to talk to the company somebody answered and transferred me to a voicemail.

"Una opción muy buena para ir en familia"

Es amplio, cómodo, cerca de mall de comidas y compras, hay piscinas lindas, jacuzzi, parqueo frente a la casa

Al llegar, en el ingreso, no teníamos claridad de un código que debíamos ingresar y el señor de la entrada no nos orientó, eso es feo porque uno viene sin conocer entonces capacitar más al personal para ser amables al ingreso
