Encantada Resort Vacation Townhomes by IDILIQ

La ubicación es muy buena. El complejo tiene buenas instalaciones de piscina, gimnasio y recepción en un lugar muy lindo.

El mobiliario y equipamiento de las casas necesita actualización. Los colchones son en su mayoría muy viejos y resultan muy incómodos. El sillón también necesita ser cambiado de forma urgente. La casa tenía una mesa de comedor grande pero solo 5 sillas (en una casa con 4 dormitorios y camas para 8 personas). El equipamiento de la cocina es mínimo: tiene una sola fuente pequeña para el horno, pocos cuchillos que cortan, no cuenta con una tabla para cortar, entre toras faltas. El horno, lavarropas y secarropas funcionan bien, pero el lavavajillas necesita un cambio ya que no lava adecuadamente. Alquilamos dos casas y una de ellas tenía un televisor muy pequeño y que no funcionaba bien en el espacio de estar. Es urgente que cambien los colchones y equipen mejor las casas.

Poor maintenance in pool area, lots of weeds, pool Constantly dirty with dead animals and leaves due to lots of pool canopy netting missing, poor garden furniture and squeaky beds

The property was very tired and out dated. The pool area is unsafe and dirty. The pool itself was dirty and the filter didn’t work. The fridge had my full shop in and then realised it wasn’t working and couldn’t be fixed until after the weekend. The management company came out to fix the problems reported but couldn’t and didn’t have any other properties available to move to. Not happy at all and asked for a refund but as the rate was non refundable they refused. We booked another place to stay and lost the money on the house instead of staying as it wasn’t fit for purpose. We have stayed at this resort before and been super impressed but not this time and won’t be returning.

checked in during process they charge me for after check out 150 $ plus tourist tax plus state tax plus fees resort usually cleaning be included reservation booking, serives not that good due front disk to open 11 AM after requested to change coffee maker which was broke not working it came to me after 3 times reminders with house keeping, the furniture updated used old, unit pool dirty, also parking rules any where you can park so infornt your unit not always available so I have to park far away, my advice to any one who looking for resort to have vacation in Kissimmee keep this as spare a plan B

The resort was very nice and very accommodating with my late night check in as well. Love the private pool with my townhouse and the resorts pools were great to get out the house. Love the resort pool are accommodating for babies.

Could have a lil more space in the bedrooms but we made it work. Master room should offer a king bed but all beds were still comfy.
