The space was great.

It was close to the amenities such as Disney.

Booking Mismatch – We specifically requested a villa with a private pool. Not only was this not honored, but we had to go through a confusing back-and-forth between the resort and IDILIC, with neither taking responsibility. This lack of communication and accountability was frustrating from the start. Privacy Violations – On more than one occasion, staff entered our villa without our knowledge or permission. We were later told by another employee that this is against resort policy, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. Misleading Pet Policy – We were told the resort was pet-friendly, so we brought our cat. Upon arrival, we were informed that they only accept dogs, and that they "don’t like cats." This was never disclosed ahead of time and left us feeling very unwelcome. Poor Compensation – As a way to "make up" for not placing us in the villa we paid for, we were given a gift card to a restaurant not even located at the resort. This felt like a lazy and inadequate gesture considering the circumstances. Maintenance Miscommunication – A maintenance worker was sent to open our unit for a window repair technician, but he wasn’t even aware the unit was occupied. While he was polite, the lack of internal communication was unprofessional and concerning. Cleanliness Issues – Ants were everywhere, the jacuzzi was dirty, and the villa itself felt poorly maintained overall. Definitely not up to the standard we expected or had experienced in the past. Insufficient Supplies – We were given only three trash bags for the entire stay, and when we ran out of toilet paper, we were told we had to provide our own. Basic essentials should be restocked, especially for paying guests.

We did not like the fact that the sliding glass door in the back would not lock at all, and that there was no toilet paper besides one roll in one of the bathrooms

the town house was clean and cool. the pool was clean and private.

the security guard at the front gate was very rude and i had to throw my trash out when i paid for a cleaning fee.

First, I arrived at the property around 11pm. The security guard had to check me in. There’s only one lane and you have to use a key pad. So I had to circle around the security booth to let other visitors in as I was checking in. Secondly, my young child had an accident the first night. We got up and stripped the bed. I emailed and called for a new set of sheets, mattress cover, comforter and duvet. I only received sheets. I was told everyday that they would contact housekeeping and I would receive my comforter. The room I stayed in was freezing so we had to turn the air up but in turn it made my other family warm at night. I didn’t get a comforter until the night before I left. Make sure you know some Spanish, use a translator app or something because the entire staff is Hispanic and half don’t know English. Lastly, the pool area was not well lit and the pool light did not work. It took for me to contact Expedia who then contacted the property on behalf before they did anything. Still didn’t have a pool light but the outside pool area was now lit.
