Capricorn Hotel Suva

The location was great, the staff Maria and Salote were so lovely and always smiling and was very helpful during our stay..And also the Room attendant did a good job in cleaning our room.

The room we stayed had bed bugs, under the bed were filthy and gross.And the towels were like rags, the bed sheets looked dirty. It was disgusting and made it worse we had a rat ran into our room.I was not happy at all with the Manager's attitude,the indian old ady at the reception was so mean and cruel. We could hear her ranting at her workers which was so unprofessional. I would never recommend to anyone or my family to stay there.

I loved everything about the hotel and my kids loved it and we definitely booking again next time we in suva

Maybe they can allow visitors in the room but overall love everything about the hotel

Location was very central right in Suva town, view from our room was marvellous, staff very friendly and helpful including the supervisor lady, hotel was kept very clean and tidy swimming pool was well maintained and cleaned on daily basis

There was no dishwasher in the room , a little bit more cutlery needed Theres a construction happening next to the hotel which was going on till nearly 10pm nearly every night which was a disturbance when one wanted to relax on the balcony or sleep

My spouse and i stayed there for a week and a half, Room 228, it was lovely, met our expectations. The Manageress and her staff were wonderful and very accommodating. The fact that the hotel is just a walk away from the main business district area is another plus.
