Capricorn Hotel Suva

It was very nice experience to hotel Capricorn with beautiful view from the balcony, my family really enjoyed the stay

Clean but basic room, quite spacious. Very friendly staff.

The low score was for location, you can't walk anywhere at night to restaurants because you are going through an area that is not safe for tourists to walk through and staff don't recommend it. And taxis wouldn't come to the hotel for such a short distance. The rooms are very old and dated but clean and spacious. They don't have a restaurant either.

Kitchen facilities were great! Location was good, close to most things.

Parking was very minimal. Staff were quite abrupt and not very friendly. Hot water in the shower was temperamental.

Hotel was clean, rooms are descent and excellent. Location is wonderful, close to the city and shopping malls/restaurants. Friendly reception and security guards.

Very clean room! All the details were taken care of and amazing.

Manager (lady with glasses) was overheard being a bit rude to employees. It might just be the tone of response that put us off. Employees went above and beyond our requests and were so helpful! TV should be able to connect to streaming platforms such as Netflix and Disney plus with the room user logging in.

Hotel was good except for the old lady at the reception, she wasn't friendly

The hotel needs to improve on their customer service, how to respond to guest when they arrive.
