El Marques Hacienda

Estuvimos 4 dias, y uno de ellos se lo dedicamos a la Hacienda, estuvo de luxo. Nos quedamos con el mejor sabor de boca, por su atencion, la cabana, y su restaurant y alberca. y por su gran atencion.... Estuvo SUPER !!! Volveremos !!!

Me gusto por su clima, pero esta descuidada la Hacienda , si le dieran un mejor y mayor mantenimiento en las áreas comunes estaría muy bien

Great place for families. It is nice and quiet hotel with lots of open spaces for kids to play and enjoy. The staff service is excellent!!!

I really wanted to like this hotel. Stayed three days of Semana Santa week, the hotel was all I could find available on short notice. I very much want to save the haciendas of Mexico and would like to see this hotel succeed, but.... There is no love. It would only take work and love to fix up this hacienda. The location is 20 minutes outside Guanajuato, that is okay. 1. No water in the bathroom, really. It seems when they water the lawns and fill the pool the rooms don't get water 2. When the water goes back on, stand back when you open the faucet. Air builds up in the system and sprays water all over the bathroom. 3. Dirty, it would take so little to clean and paint the rooms 4. Breakfast by 9:30am they started to run out of food 5. Confused. They badly need a manager, someone needs to love this place. No one is in charge. Waiters leaving the dinning room in the middle of a meal to have a cigarette and check their cell phone? Hotel staff sitting in the halls hanging out ? The waiters stand outside the dinning room watching you as they have their cigarette. 6. Grounds, tennis court is an overgrown patch of asphalt, stone walls falling over, broken stairs, too many things broken Please, please get your act together, the hacienda deserves it

Muy bien, sin embargo independientemente de las habitaciones, creo que al hotel le hace falta mantenimiento, y más personal.

Lugar ideal para relajarte, súper tranquilo, cómodo, excelentes instalaciones y servicio, nos gustó tanto el lugar que nos quedamos una noche extra, está a 20 minutos del centro de Guanajuato
