El Marques Hacienda

Ningún control de tv, sirve, tuve que bajar 3 veces por uno nuevo, los colchones están muy duros y no tienen sabanas de cajón, toda la sabana de abajo se resbala.

Not go its cheap food its not eatable. Pool its like going back in time the 70s so the place is pretty but the service and everything else its not worth it. Its a waste of space, you can enjoy only the view.

We arrived having booked two nights on two different reservations. Trying to communicate this with the receptionist who spoke no English was very frustrating. She was able to find the first reservation, not the second. We asked if anyone spoke any English (I even asked a few other guests), finally one of the guys setting up the dinning area found Paloma who was able to help. The room was not large, not small, but clean, with no a/c. They were setting up the dinning room for a party of some sort that had loud music playing until past 3:00 Between the heat, the music, the alarm clock going off at midnight and the mosquito that buzzed my ear half a dozen times, my sleep was intermittent the first night. No party the second night, so I slept really well. The hotel is 25 minutes outside of Guanajuato, but they have a shuttle that will take and pick you up at designated times. Wifi was free only in their tiny reception area which had no seating. This was once a very nice resort hotel, not everything is in need of an update that a large cash infusion would help. The areas that are used was generally clean, other areas are neglected (ie the black stair rails were grey with dust buildup). Not a bad place, and the price was good.

WiFi does not reach room. Not within 15 minutes from guanajuato downtown area. Didn't get clean towels everyday. Hot water does take a 15 minute wait to come out. Very friendly staff and didn't had any problems with their services. They close the parking lot doors and let you in and out at nights, your car will be safe.

Me gustó, es un lugar tranquilo y apto para un descanso placentero además el servicio de transporte por parte del hotel me parece excelente

No volvere a hospedarme sobre todo los que tenemos hijos elegi este hotel porque tiene alberca sacrifique distancia por eso pero no ponen la caldera y el agua no esta fria esta helada!!! es imposible nadar y vi como llegaban los huespedes que tienen hijos como yo con ganas de meterse al alberca cosa que no sucede en general falta mucho mantenimiento al hotel tienen un área detenis que nunca barren todo esta muy descuidado y para recogernos la camioneta llego tarde

Buen hotel bonito excelente la atención del personal habitaciones sencillas pero cómodas lo único complicado es la ubicación pero tienen servicio de transporte al centro sin costo lo cual compensa la ubicación
