Very good but the lobby smelled of moth balls. Also, the light from the hallway shone through the window in the door all night. Nice and central. Beautiful room with small balcony

A bit more detail to cleaning and maintenace would be good.

Good location helpful staff clean & good breakfast

We stayed there 4 nights and we found the staff to be really friendly and helpful. Our room was definitely good size, bed was decent and bathroom too, only thing hot water would run out quickly sometimes. Their breakfast was good and had many options. Our room was on 4th floor and there's no elevator, but we weren't too bothered by that. Decent hotel and great staff near Hoi An old town, 10 minute walk more or less.

Meet with a beautifully iced glass of Vietnamese Tea; Tina greeted us to her hotel. How wonderful to be in the hands of a gracious and experienced host. She pointed out the hotel facilities, ensured we were comfortable and knew our names in an instant. Would definitely stay there again

We got a room right next to the swimming pool. It was so hot so it was good to have the pool as it was so hard to find a restaurant or shop with air con in the old town.

Amazing stay, the staff was beyond amazing/helpful/nice. They really care about their guests. Breakfast was great, room clean and large, definitly a bargain. We were sad to leave but will always remember the friendly faces we met at this hotel!

very special designed hotel. It has its local taste in its garden and in the hotel room. The hotel staff are very nice and helpful too.

Do not stay here until renovations are completed. This was not disclosed before I booked.

We had a great time there and everyone was very friendly and helpful! Location was great too, convenient to ancient town. We were able to walk everywhere!
