"Almost perfect."

Spotlessly clean, Mark was friendly and helpful, a minute stroll to the sea, free parking on the surrounding roads. 2 minutes to the nearest bus stops, 5 to the nearest tram. Quiet location. Tea & coffee re-stocked every day.

It seems petty being negative at the price, the mattress and pillows were a little 'cheap', the location is a little away from the centre (but I knew that, and that was one reason I booked it).
