Great location, amazing bar up top, lovely breakfast

Air con was broke… music from the function room above was crazy loud until 1am then the staff were arranging tables and chairs for a further 30 mins. Was promised a 10% refund when speaking to the staff, but was never sent.

Convenient location, practically in the city centre and close to the canal

There was a terrible smell in the entrance lobby — some overpowering artificial fragrance that literally made my eyes water. The room had clearly been cleaned months ago: every surface was covered in dust. In the bathroom, the sink plug was completely rusted stuck, and it took me about half an hour to remove it so the water could drain. The windows could not be opened due to the building design, and the ventilation system was so loud that I woke up every morning with a headache. Housekeeping was very superficial. At breakfast, all the dishes and cutlery were dirty and covered in streaks.

Beds are not Comfortable

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had amazing views and lots of space. The complimentary mini bar was a great addition after a long day. There was zero noise from anyone or anything.

The price of the breakfast was a little off putting so we chose to eat at a nearby café.
