La Meridiana B&B Affittacamere

It is a very nice place to relax even if it is a little bit far from Cinque Terre. It took us about 30 minutes to drive from Levanto. This B&B made us comfortable as we felt staying in the middle of mountains. The owner (Ubaldo & Edda) were very kind and warm people. In the morning breakfast, they made a place warm with a wood fire on a wall. The room was very clean and comfortable. Parking was easy at the parking lot at the entrance of the B&B

Ubaldo and Eda made our stay near Cinque Terre fabulous. If you have a car and don't mind being 20 minutes away from Cinque Terre - this is a beautiful, quaint, clean, comfortable place to stay and by far had the best morning experience of all the places we stayed in Italy. Eda makes the breakfast foods herself and they are so very delicious! We had fun talking to the other guests, eating breakfast, seeing the hill town of Pignone Casale. We arrived super late and Ubaldo and Eda were so gracious and helpful. We loved our stay!

Couldn't speak more highly of this beautiful B&B. I read the previous reviews and they didn't disappoint. The hosts were friendly and extremely helpful although they couldn't speak much English they went out of their way to make your trip special. Loved the place. A favourite place of our holiday. Highly recommend

This amazing B&B was very good... Kind of secluded, you will need transportation... but is very italian and very cozy. The owners are the most wonderful people of Pignone, very sweet, helpful, she speaks english and he makes the best coffee!!! wonderful stay and 20 minutes from Cinque Terre ( Monterroso). No luxuries... Simple but comfy.

Very lovely hosts in a remote, but accessible small town. We loved the tiny winding roads we took to reach it from the highway north of Pisa.

We enjoyed our visit with Edda & Ubaldo, who are indeed exceptional hosts. Cassale is a small town away from the hustle and bustle of Cinque Terre, yet close enough to visit the Cinque Terre by car. Dinner at the local restaurant in Casale was excellent too. Breakfast at the B & B was delicious with fresh warm bread and home made cakes and tarts. Enjoy!!

The hotel owners were simply superb. They were super friendly. The mister talks to you in Italian, all smiles, all the time. The lady was able to help us in French and English. The breakfast, included in the package, was fantastic! Alert about GPS: we were using HERE Maps. It directed us through a super narrow alley in the town of Pigone. Don't go there! It was under construction, and our car got stuck between the walls. We finally got out of there, but the right panel of our rental car was scratched. Use the big road off the town square instead!

We stayed two nights with our two boys, ages 8 and 10, while visiting Cinque Terre. This was my third visit to Cinque Terre and the best stay so far. The price, quality, and service at La Meridiana are far better than anything we have ever found in the Cinque Terre. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. They were great with our kids. Breakfast was amazing...homemade crostata was a big hit. There are also nice restaurants in neighboring villages. The drive to Vernazza was easy and we had no trouble parking. Overall, we had a great stay and I would highly recommend La Meridiana.
