La Meridiana B&B Affittacamere

This is a terrific B&B and from the moment we arrived and three days later when we exited, the hosts were just wonderful! We were given helpful details about going to Cinque Terra that were mot helpful (best place to park our car, train schedule, good beach to go to). The location is approx 20 minutes drive from Monterrosa which is one of the five villages of Cinque Terra. It is very quiet in this tiny village. There is a cafe and a small food store in the village. Breakfast was wonderful every morning with a variety of juices , fruit, cereal, meat, cheese an beautiful cakes all home made. Also delicious coffee and teas. We would like to note, there was a very demanding guest in the breakfast room one morning who asked for his table to be moved outside, asked for food that was not laid out and the host did her best to comply being kind to this demanding man. This is not a restaurant but a lovely set breakfast that a lot of time and thought has gone into. The types of demands this man made are meant for restaurant dining not a breakfast that is included in the cost of your room. However, both host and hostess did their best to comply and handled this man eloquently. Our room was spotless and maintained daily by cleaning staff. We loved staying here and would definitely return and recommend to others.

Wonderful hosts who made us so welcome! I would highly recommend this bnb. Yummy homemade breakfast was a highlight. We loved our 2 nights here, so much to explore in this area too.

The hotel itself is very nice. The owners are best people ever. They are very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. They helped us a great deal after we could not find an ATM machine that worked in the area. To the extent they even LENT us 100 euros for a day, so we could survive the day ! After all this the husband drove with us about 10km to finally find an ATM that worked, in a nearby village. So, the hotel and the owners were very nice. The area was a bit strange from a travelers point of view. It had experienced a very serious mud flood a few years ago, and the village, it seems, not fully recovered from the flood yet. It seemed a bit eerie. On the other hand, if you want to help in recovery, you should probably choose this very hotel and its greatest ever owners !

Its really great place to stay if you going to explore Cinque Terre . The hotel has that charm, italian style and hospitality you looking for during a trip. Its little bit drive from Monterosso , about 20 min by car. But after day in Cinque Terre villages its really nice to get to quiet, cosy and well maintained hotel. The owners are very nice, friendly and helpful. They make you feel home. Breakfast just great ! Fresh cakes every morning !

Nice room, excellent breakfast, very friendly hosts, a bit off the beaten track but no problem as long as you have a car.

We love this hotel, the owner couple is very nice and sincere, very helpful to help out for the info we need for sight seeing and dinner. Its just a bit out of the town but with driving there ste no issue, sure will come back next time.

Everything about this place was just great. The property itself, the location, everything... Location: a remote place yet close to Cinque Terre, very romantic, very nice, gorgeous. Owners: very nice people who actually care about the guests - the lady prepares home made cakes for breakfast, amazing! Property itself: very beautiful rustical house with amazing rooms, of course perfectly clean. Only recommendations here.

Wonderful hosts, great breakfasts. In a tiny village, not much nearby, the pizzaria in town closed. Slow wifi and lots of stairs.
