Hôtel des Arcades

In the city center, close to the cathedral and the pedestrian street.

Hôtel très bien situé, personnel disponible. Mais mal isolé, pas de chaises ni table, pas de penderie, 5 chaînes de télévision, wifi très faible. Donc prix trop cher pour prestations.

Tres déçu tant de l'accueil , du rapport qualité prix trop cher pour la prestation .petit déjeuner décevant. Je ne garderai pas cet établissement dans mes références professionnelles.parking trop loin , pas de possibilité de s'arrêter devant l'hôtel pour décharger les bagages .....

We arrived and were told our room wasn't ready. We waited 20 minutes and were sent to our room. The door to the balcony (connected to other rooms) was wide open. We closed immediately. The room wasn't great but we didn't have any other options as everything else was either booked or overpriced. The bathroom was fairly dirty and we aren't sure the last time it was cleaned. We had 1 towel and washcloth. After asking multiple times we were given a new towel. We stayed here for 5 days. Every day we had to tell them not to open the balcony door and not to turn the heat off. It was freezing. Not once did they listen. So we had to adjust our schedule to stop back and make sure we could close the door and turn the heat back on. The cleaner cleaned different things each day. Not everything. Some days the beds weren't changed and other days the towels weren't replaced. There were crumbs on the floor that remained the entire time we were there. The walls are extremely thin. Be prepared to listen to your neighbors all night long. Including smelling them smoking. Don't stay here unless you have all of your vaccinations and are up for a dirty adventure.

C'est avec une grande déception que nous nous sommes rendus que le personnel de l’hôtel qui était présent le jour où nous avons séjourné était hostile, et s'est permis de rentrer dans notre chambre pendant notre absence.

L'hôtel est minimum mais raisonnable si on cherche un hôtel bien placé et pas cher. Néanmoins la chambre était très poussiéreuse, et avec mon asthme, c'était difficile à dormir. IL faisait trop froid pour dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte.

Hotel tres confortables les persobnes sont sympas et très poli arrangeant sa fait déjà 3 ou 4 fois que je vais dans cette hotel et c'est toujours agréable en plein centre ville proche des transports en commun et très bon rapport qualité prix je recommande 😊

I arrived late at night and unfortunately, the hotel was locked up tight. I tried all doors and again, unfortunately no way in. I had to seek other accommodations with a 24 hour receptionist.

J'ai été harcelée la nuit par le veilleur de nuit (textos et tambourinage à 2H du matin ). Je n'ai pas voulu rester la nuit suivante et l’hôtel n'a pas voulu me rembourser ! A FUIR
