Location of the hotel It is close to the sea city center

For me, the duvets were dirty, they should take better care of cleanliness

Lovely view of the rooftops from our room. Enjoyed the full English breakfast.

Proper old fashioned bed and breakfast. Value fo pride paid with an excellent breakfast

A couple of minor issues on arrival which was resolved immediately

Comfortable bed, We had the cheap room on the ground floor. Great cooked breakfast, friendly helpful staff. We were lucky and found a free parking space on the road. It was the last one. God knows where we would have parked if we didnt find that. Clean towels and clean room. Short walk along the sea front to the high street and pubs.

The electric shower had very low pressure, I didn't want to use soap.as I was afraid I wouldn't be able to wash it off. The coffee served with breakfast had no taste, was hot coffee coloured water.

Breakfast was good, generous

Place was dirty, no hot water in our room, window would not close, pretty rough.i paid for a more expensive room but didn't get it, wanted a view over that lovely square, didn't get either.I

Shower was to small and not vert good. Bed had springs coming through. Breakfast was cold and very limited. The sauces where almost a year out of date. The headboard wasn't connected to the bed. To use the kettle you had to put it on the floor.
