Spencer Court

Location was good for us. Hotel was in a great square with gardens, tennis courts and a sea view. The host was great, friendly and polite.

Unfirtunately the ashtray on the balcony was full and cigarette ends on the balcony floor. Some modernising would be beneficial, ie removing the multi socket extention lead beside the bed. That said, we had a comfortable overnight stay.

Unfortunately was unable to stay for breakfast. The communication was very good. Everything was easy. Cheers

Great little place, stayed here for two nights with my partner and was pleasantly surprised by the service and facilities. Had full English breakfast on Sunday morning which was really good. Walk to the beach was only about 10 mins long.

Staff very friendly

Dirty, basic room. Disgusting marks on walls. Pillowcases and towels were stained. Tiny bathroom with no sink. Locks on front door and room door were loose, hardly secure. Room was smelly. Dirty cutlery and cups at breakfast.

The only thing I liked was the engaging staff member.

The standard of accommodation and the facilities within the room were over rated for the price paid for the room.

Picking , host gary was great , dont ask but I booked a double instead of twin , anyway Gary bailed my accident booking out and sorted the issue so now me and my my mate bed each and well one of us had the option of car floor or elsewhere lol , , we split the bill and well for the money location free parking subject to availability ,we got a space ,5 mins from harbour , not much more into town walking, nearest first pub much closer if that's what your into. Ensuite , we both agreed that despite the teeny cleaning issue ,and we never asked for it to be dealt with but expect it would and ,maybe I watch to much 4 in a bed . In short ,slept like a log , bed sheet smelt laundry fresh nice smell fragrent ..extra detergent not just washing powder , and well both breakfast was finished, clean plates which is a great review cereal on offer too juice and tea or coffee , can't really go wrong ,and lounge you can use .

For the price I paid ,not much I don't think , thanks gary you saved the day with booking error
