Being told I was late when I was not - I arrived before 9pm I did not like being told I should have come earlier in the day to check in

There wasn't enough power sockets just extension leads. You couldn't get any channels on the tv. The water pressure in the room was nothing more than a slow trickle

the location was central to all amenities

i am absolutely shocked at my stay at this property, when i first arrived there was no toilet roll after travelling 2hrs, i couldn't tune the tv so no tv during my whole 2 night stay, the beds had broken slats on their frames and the mattresses where too small for the bed. Then the following day i had meetings on line, relying on the property's WiFi which was not working or even connected so had to then miss one meeting with my employer and find network else where. There was no kitchen washing facilities no tew towels, whilst taking a shower there was no hot water and the electric kept tripping out on me and the ensuite shower was blocked and kept flooding the floors. i found crumbs, kids toys and even toe nail clippings down the back of the sofa and could not make contact with any of the property owners. I am hugely disappointed and will be asking for a full refund

Ok mid price good for an overnight stay.

Location was great and Gary was friendly enough. Everything else more or less what one would expect from the cheapest option available. However I was right at the top and the final short staircase is very steep narrow and twisted and on the way to the shower on Saturday morning I fell and wretched my arm trying to break my fall.
