Little out dated but nothing to complain about

We had everything we needed.

Worse bed ever slept in each movement the metal frame and cheap mattress squeaked and creaked . There’s something disgusting in the sink plug hole! We had breakfast included but was told fully booked how can that be surely you supply enough for the number of rooms that are occupied

The staff were really excellent. Breakfast was really good.

This place is tatty and in poor shape. Decoration very poor, with paint and wallpaper coming off the walls. A window had been damaged and not repaired properly. Bed in poor shape, uncomfortable and not made properly. Carpets ancient. Bathroom very small and inaccessible.

There had obviously been a leak and part of the ceiling was split and bubbled. A strong musky smell in the bathroom resulting in us leaving bedroom window open at all times. Tea, coffee not refilled during 4 night stay. No clean towels provided.

Clean and comfortable and well located.

Shared bathroom not ideal and up 2 flights of stairs. Condition of furniture in room poor. Cup and saucer and all the condiments to make a hot drink hut NO kettle. Room decor really poor. The only good thing was yound lad making and serving the breakfasts in the morning and doing it solo. He is a credit to spencer court. The breakfast was also very good.
