Staff very accommodating and communicative, rooms were lovely and spotless

Check in took a bit of time but perhaps this was due to many guests arriving via the boat. The beds seemed pushed together to make a king.

The tranquility of the hotel, the housekeeper amazing work, the kindness of all the staff, the good food and nice drinks, the refreshing pool and the garden! Wow!

Massages are far too expensive, even more than in Australia (over 200aud for one…) so although we were there for our honeymoon and needed and wanted to indulge, we couldn’t. These prices are not justified in my opinion and they loose a lot of potential customers by making them unaffordable for most. This was rather disappointing. Lack of vegetarian options in the menu.

Great little oasis to wind down, relax and stay close to nature by the Saigon River, warm, cozy and welcoming eco resort, beautiful chalet accommodation, complementary scenic river boat service, friendly, helpful and courteous staff at all levels with personalised service. Had 3 days at this beautiful retreat for some much needed R&R. Tran Pham as our “butler” was on call to cater for our every wish. We didn’t need to leave the resort for 3 days. The food, the spa, the service was exceptional. It was such a beautiful time. Thank you
