Un véritable coup de cœur. Dès notre arrivée, tout a été absolument parfait. L’accueil est tout simplement exceptionnel, porté par une équipe d’une gentillesse rare, avec une mention toute particulière pour Madame Tran et Diego, qui incarnent à eux seuls l’élégance, la bienveillance et le sens du service. Une attention sincère, naturelle, jamais forcée… exactement ce qui fait la différence dans les plus beaux établissements. Le lieu est tout simplement magique. Niché en pleine nature, au cœur d’une jungle luxuriante, l’hôtel offre un calme et une sérénité incroyables, tout en étant à seulement 20 minutes de bateau de Saigon. Un contraste unique, presque irréel, entre l’énergie de la ville et ce havre de paix absolu. Chaque détail est pensé avec goût, chaque moment devient une expérience. On s’y sent immédiatement bien, comme coupé du monde, dans une bulle de confort et de douceur. C’est certain, nous reviendrons. Salutations de la Suisse 🇨🇭

Peaceful and welcoming hotel. Away from the hustle and bustle of Ho Chi Minh City. The hotel manager and staff was very welcoming and kind. Special thanks to Tan, who made our stay so comfortable and helped us book transfers and activities when needed, as well as help us with any questions we had about the region and where amenities were in the hotel. The spa is excellent too, with high quality services. It can get a little noisy in the evening if there is a celebration but the noise stops by 11pm so it’s not bad.

First the good side: The staff are all friendly and lovely. The food is delicious. The rooms are comfortable and clean. However, for a Westerner, I'm afraid that it didn't work as a holiday destination. The buildings are all grey wooden huts that are falling to bits, and the atmosphere is depressing. It feels as if a plane crash has happened and a makeshift settlement has been cobbled together. The jungle foliage is so thick that the sun hardly ever gets a chance to shine. I can see why this might suit Asians, but it is no good for westerners looking for some winter sun. They should cut away some of the jungle foliage and at least have one place where sun-lovers can relax. At the very least they should cut the foliage away at the water's edge so that there is a view of the river from the dining room. As I say, this all might be fine for Asian visitors, but it's not any good for Westerners.

An Lam is a wonderful place. We stayed there two days with my wife in a very big nice room. We've been assigned a personal concierge that we could easily contact via whatsapp. All our questions and requests were quickly answered by Tran even after a few days after we left. The location looks far from the city but this is well managed with the free boat transfer service they are proposing. Instead of sitting in a car in the traffic jam, you comfortably sit in the boat, enjoy the fresh air and y unique point of view of Ho Chi Min. A place we can only strongly recommend.

Das Hotel ist wunderschön und man fühlt sich wie im Dschungel. Die Architektur ist wirklich toll.

Es hat eine Bäckerei mit fantastischen Broten zum ansehen. Leider kann man diese nicht kaufen und man bekommt sie auch nicht zum Frühstück. Schade!

We were there to attend a wedding and booked a 2 bedroom villa, the venue was absolutely divine setting for the wedding and our villa was exquisite. Very attentive staff provided for our every need. The jungle setting took us to a magical place. The villa came with a private pool that we thoroughly enjoyed. The rooms were luxurious and generous, the main bathroom was an absolute indulgence, that ginormous bathtub and rain showerhead! Bed was very comfortable with turn down service to save us from the mosquitos were thoughtful. Highly recommend getting to and from the resort with their high speed boat service, taking the road is a terrible option!

Being in the bush, mosquitos were abundant even with the spray provided in the rooms. The powerpoints near the bed didn't work with our adapters unfortunately. Breakfast was a little disappointing though, given the high standards of the rest of the resort.

Rooms were AMAZING. Breakfast was great. Gym was more then sufficient for a full body workout with ample machines, cables, weights etc. Staff are amazing, the plants and trees are stunning throughout and sitting along the river and eating every morning and evening was extremely charming. Pool was lovely. Have already recommended to friends and would definitely come back.

Difficult to think of anything I didn't like. The Sauna took a but too long to heat up but that's really searching. Everything was great.
