An Lam Retreats Saigon River

A really magical place on the river, albeit some way out of the city centre. The rooms are spacious and extremely well equipped and the service is top level. The gym is one of the best I have seen in a hotel with almost everything your regime could wish for. The spa offered really good treatments. Brilliant breakfasts. The concierge/butler service fixes everything. Really hard to leave at the end of our stay.

A warm welcome and great service by the wonderful staff. I travel a lot and always appreciate great service and An Lam retreats did that for me. The whole staff were attentive and polite. Tran made my stay a pleasure with her help and kindness. The ferry to the city is a bonus! I didn’t try the spa or gym facilities but others said they were great. I would highly recommend An Lam retreats.

Amazing location on the river, the views were spectacular. The staff were so caring, nice and generous. I really loved the hospitality that this place portrayed. Our flight got canceled and they not only upgraded our room but gave us a great deal for it too! Our butler Nhu was terrific!! We were having troubles connecting Netflix and she was able to sort this issue out for us! :) lovely pool and lovely food for great prices. The breakfast was also great :) they also accommodate for vegetarians. They also provide boat transfers complementary this was really nice. I love this hotel and definitely would go back 10/10 rating from me and my girlfriend.

Not 1 thing came to my attention

A large group of us stayed at A Lam for a family wedding. The resort is gorgeous, it’s quiet retreat on the river. You would not know that on the backside was a whole village. Tran, our dedicated butler, was very helpful. She even arranged for me to leave a bag at the resort have it delivered to me HCMC after we traveled elsewhere for a few days. She followed up with me and coordinated with Grab to make sure it was delivered. So thoughtful!

This resort was beautiful and more than we expected. The price is expensive if you’re looking at regular hotels but this isn’t regular. The pool was great, food was good, free yoga session was brilliant, fishing on the deck was a charming touch and the gym facilities were to a good standard too. Our room was extraordinary too. We were told that the shower door was slightly broken and they would fix it when we were out. We went to go check out the resort and by the time we were back it was fixed.

The food could have been to a slightly better standard for the price but still really tasty :)
