"first time in Playa del Carmen"

The Reservation Desk employees were extremely helpful, especially since it was my first visit to Mexico and have limited knowledge of Spanish. They always went out of their way to be helpful. The hotel is located close to the main street in Playa. Easy access to tours and restaurants. My only complaint would be that their is a restaurant/bar next to the hotel that has live music some evening that can be very loud late at night. The housekeeping staff were very good and efficient as well

The location Hotel Cielo is fantastic. It is closed to the ferry, ADO bus service, 5th Av., transportation to Isla Mujeres and Cozumel, and Colectivos. Also, it is closed to Playa del Carmen’symbol.

"Close to beach, restaurants"

Our stay here was great. Praxedes at front desk is fantastic he was so helpful and so was yosh , nothing was a trouble,they both helped give us information on the tours and where to eat.The food at the restaurant their was wonderful.. I would highly recommend Hotel Ceilo if you are staying in Playa Del Carmen..

"Perfect, nothing left to be desired!"

I literally could not be happier with a hotel! This place is very clean, a/c is nice and cold (much needed on our summer trip!) and the staff is AMAZING. There's a full service bar/restaurant attached downstairs and a rooftop with an amazing view. I would literally pay double the cost for this place to stay again!

"cozy"

Great location for the beach and 5th Ave. Bad, water from the storm came into our room and soaked some of our belongings. Night life was great but since the windows are old style plenty of noise from the street was annoying and disrupted our sleep. Overall is great for night life but for a family not so good.

"Little piece of paradise"

This hotel was so authentic Mexican.... It was so adorable and immaculately clean. The bed and pillows were so comfy. The staff was wonderful...the BEST I have ever come across in my travels!!! It was right in the middle of the best area....Very peaceful sleep. I would recommend this hotel highly!!!

"Location is right in the middle of everything"

Rooms were small but comfy. The location was excellent, right in the middle of everything. We did not need to rent a car. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were well worth the price.

Right by the beach, the ADO bus, the ferry to Cozumel, and the big shopping district. Quaint and comfortable. Loved it there.
