The location is close to everything, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant attached to the property is wonderful with excellent staff.

Very good location clean and close to all restaurants.

Absolutely loved staying at hotel Cielo. Only stayed for two nights but would have stayed longer if I could. Stayed in the standard room on the third level, bed was comfortable, clean, room equipped with fresh towels, TV, AC, wifi, and safe. ADO Station is a short 5-7 min walk from hotel and a 2 min walk from the beach. Restaurant below hotel is delicious I would try the breakfast burrito 🌯. Rooftop was a beautiful spot, great views! Staff was great and very accommodating.

I could only stay for one week and had to get back to Toronto and cancelled my 2nd week. I would have loved to stay because this hotel is perfect when in Mexico. Clean, very central, priced right and makes you want to return. It's a must stay spot.

Great location - walk to beach, ADO bus, colectivo, 5th Street, restaurants and shops. Character hotel with colonial style, clean, good a/c, nice view from rooftop deck, friendly and helpful front desk staff. Good restaurant on main floor. It was a bit noisy from the street and other rooms, and it wouldn’t be suitable if you have mobility challenges (stairs). Overall we really enjoyed this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

The workers at the hotel are kind and helpful. I appreciated the artistic rooftop area with a view of the sea for exercise and reading.

Very nice and clean hotel almost on 5 Ave. Despite location quiet at night. Only issue we had was that the room was very small, no table not very good for long stay.

Good service, staff was amazing, close to the 5th avenue, great location, close to everything. Room was a little bit dark, and AC was noise.
