"“Most Impressive”"

My stay at Hotel Cielo was totally enjoyable. Great service, functional clean cozy room and fantastic location - 50m off the main tourist street ‘ Quinta Avenida ‘. I initially booked for a one night stay, and ended up staying for ‘three’, because it ticked all my boxes. A special thanks to ‘Alex’ for her great hospitality.

"Great for the price!! "

Very reasonable for the price and right off the strip which is amazing. The customer service was amazing. If you arrive in a rental car, keep in mind this hotel does not offer hotel parking, you have to find a spot to park in the street and goood luck of you go during peak time. Another downfall is the water pressure is not very good. Don't expect breakfast to be included. Other than those things, excellent hotel to stay at.

I have stayed at this hotel twice already this year and have a third trip booked in June. It is very conveniently located to the beach, shopping, restaurants and bars. Being right in the city is very exciting! 5th Avenue is alive at all hours of the day and night. It has the vibe of New Orleans "the city that never sleeps". Hotel Cielo is clean and charming with a rooftop terrace that is awesome (see photo). The staff is very friendly and helpful.

"Quaint!"

Super location....just off 5th Ave... a block from beach and 2 blocks from ADO bus station. Very nice small room. Our only problem was no water in the morning. It was fixed within an hour or so. Very nice young men at front desk

"OK hotel in great location with fun restaurant"

Hotlel is one block from everything, including beach, bus station and life. The restaurant is our favorite in Playa. Hotel is OK even for old folks like us but not five star but who needs five star

Absolutely loved this hotel! Super clean and spacious. It’s just a few minutes walk to the beach and steps away from restaurants and bars. The staff is friendly and welcoming! If you’re a light sleeper it might be hard to sleep since there’s live music at the hotel’s restaurant but it didn’t bother me at all. We were always out doing activities in the sun all day and we were super exhausted by the time we got back! Looking forward to staying here again.

Older building. But very clean. Comfortable beds. Less than 5 min walk to the beach. The staff at the reception desk were very helpful.
