Apartment Central Old town with private indoor garage parking

Big, spacious apartment, with everything you could need, just like home. Very good communication with the property. Parking space just in front of the house. Directly in the centre of the old town.

You have to climb the stairs at the 3 floor. With a lot of luggage or reduce mobility it's not very easy

Området utmärkt, princip i centrum, stort utbud av bra restauranger utanför dörren, matbutik mycket nära. AC i alla rum. Oerhört hjälpsam värd!!!!

Trapporna var lite ansträngande för oss.

Good sized apartment in old building in split old town. Great location in very easy walking distance of the harbours and historic sights Parking on site which was hugely important for the area. Smart TV.

It was an energetic walk up theee flights of stairs (about 55 in total) although we were pre-warned. Unfortunately the parking in the courtyard is quite tight and an unknown car scratched our hire car - we were offered a move to the indoor garage after we’d unpacked the car but it had seemed a shame to move the car from where it was already parked - our mistake.

The location was perfect and the apartment was very spacious. We were met at the apartment to collect the keys and the host was very nice with our requests. the apartment is right near all of the attractions and lots of food options. I would 100% stay here again if we return to Split and hould highly recommend. Even has a lovely balcony.

Zentrale Lage der Wohnung in der Stadt. 2 Minuten Fußmarsch in die Altstadt und zur Riva (Promenade). Gute Ausstattung der Wohnung, sehr gute Betten! Alles sehr sauber. Sehr viele gute Restaurants und Supermärkte in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Trotz der Innenstadtlage nachts angenehm ruhig! Vermieter hat nicht nur beim Gepäck geholfen, er hat auch noch Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Geräumiger PKW Stellplatz in Parkhaus (nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt) ist

Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock ohne Fahrstuhl mit enger Treppe. Freundlicherweise hat der Vermieter geholfen, dass Gepäck nach oben zu bringen.

We were two adults and two children and had a wonderful stay in Davor’s apartment. Everything was like described and Davor welcomed us at our arriving. He also drove us to the airport when we departed. The flat is perfectly situated and well furbished. We recommend this apartment and would definitely come back :)

A Riva közelében, teljesen felszerelt, ragyogó tisztaságú apartman.

Nagyon szűk utcán lehet megközelíteni. Egyébként minden pozitív!

Perfect location. Stayed with 3 kids under 13, suited perfectly. Lovely host, really helpful. Apartment was shining and so comfortable.
