"Brilliant location"

Fantastic location, quiet but very close to restaurants and bars and right next to the old city. Having parking was a bonus. We really appreciated the owner's flexibility in allowing us to check in as early as possible to make the most of our single day in Split and welcomed (and followed) his restaurant recommendations.

"nice stay overall"

location was excellent and the apartment had parking which is rare to find it was tricky to reverse park up a narrow lane but the host helped us to do so

one of the air conditioners was not cooling effectively, felt more like a fan than an AC

"Clean, cozy, authentic apartment in a perfect location in Split."

The location (especially with parking included) cannot be beat. It was literally a one-minute walk to the Riva. The apartment was a perfect size for a small group. Everything was clean and worked as expected. Balcony was great. We even used the washing machine and hung our clothes on the line outside.

A lot of stairs to reach the apartment. One of our group has slight mobility issues, so it was a bit tough for him. But it was typical for the age of the building and location. Not a real complaint.

"Superb"

The apartment is very close to the city center which it's the best about it. And the parking space is ok tho the car we drive is quite large, with good skill it's no problem.

I didn't know it was on the top of the building(the third floor) so we had to climb quite high with our luggage. It's not a problem for us but if you travel with elderly people or someone with a walking problem, please put it into consideration.
