Apartment Central Old town with private indoor garage parking

Absolutely amazing location for what we wanted to do and see.

Right in my favourite neighbourhood.

Very neat and comfortable apartment at the heart of the old city of split.

The apartment was in a superb location, so close to the city centre. The apartment was very clean, well appointed and we loved sitting on the balcony.

We had an amazing stay. The hosts were so kind and responsive. The location is amazing. The apartment is immaculate and comfortable.

The location was fantastic. Right on the edge of the Riva - and the old town/Diocletian's palace was only a short walk away. The apartment was very clean and quiet - very peaceful, actually. Plenty of hot water and clean towels available, and the aircon was a plus as the weather was warm. Lots of great restaurants in the area, and it was sited in a great position to join boat trips as you could be at the meeting point in literally 2 mins. A couple of handy supermarkets nearly too. All in all a great place to stay when visiting Spit.

The furnishings and dining-ware were a little tired, and the climb up to the 3rd floor was quite tiring after a long day sight-seeing! However, neither of these things detracted from it being a comfortable place to stay in Split. We knew it was on 3rd floor before we went, so cannot complaint about that. The car-parking situation was challenging - cars were often parked in the lane in front of the property, which essentially blocked off the exit and would mean you could not get the car out if you needed to (like to get to the airport!). The lane itself was tough to negotiate in an unfamiliar hire-car - we ended up not using the space and parking in a nearby car-park.

Our host was so wonderful he met us at the location and even parked our car in a near to impossible spot on the premises. The location could not have been better. It was beyond our expectations in every aspect. Many thanks

Location was excellent. So close to everything but super quiet. The hosts were super friendly and provided those little extra touches

Clean, spacious, top floor apartment in the heart of old town. Once we figured out the parking with the hosts' help, we left the car in that spot for our entire stay. We didn’t need it as everything you might want was within walking distance if you are reasonably mobile! Great air conditioning! Comfortable beds! We were all seniors in our late 60's to early 70's in good shape, so the stairs weren't a problem.
