"Classy hotel with the friendliest staff ever"

Very tricky to negotiate the one-way system, so we were delighted to be rescued by reception staff who 'talked us down'! And these same staff continued to be extremely helpful throughout our stay. Nothing too much trouble. The valet car service was most convenient. We will be recommending to friends and family.

"Beautiful hotel in a beautiful town. "

This hotel is wonderful! The staff is exceptionally helpful and kind, especially Simona. I can't express how grateful we are for all of her help. We will definitely stay in this beautiful hotel the next time we visit Ascoli Piceno.

"Fabulous time in Ascoli Piceno"

Visiting Ascoli Piceno for the first time was a treat in great measure due to the location, outstanding staff and marvelous modern facilities. All of our expectations and more were fulfilled. We will stay here again on our next trip. Late April and May are the perfect months to visit. The town is active and the people welcoming and delightful.

"Exceptional"

We had a good stay. The room is of good quality. The only drawback is the toilet has to be at upper level to go with the spa.The hotel is very conveniently located within easy walking distance to the two major piazzas.

"A magical hotel experience"

This hotel has had a multi million Euro renovation and is an architectural marvel. The staff is extraordinary, especially the team of brilliant young woman who manage the desk 24-7. They are gracious, helpful, adorable, speak good English, and they park cars!! They all promised me that if life becomes a bit difficile in the New Year, that I am welcome to return to this hotel where the staff will take care of me. Met a lovely lady named Diana in the Piazza del Popolo, and that is another happy story!

"Boutique hotel in a beautiful location."

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Our room was quiet, spacious and in excellent condition (a renovated convent), overall it was charming. Breakfast was excellent: quality foods with a good range of choices. Staff were always friendly and helpful. One of the best hotels we visited on this 5 week trip to Italy.
