Florella Clemenceau Apartment

Localization is very good. Close to the center but quiet. Clean, beds are not bad . Access to the entrance and key is easy.

Check-in time is late, check-out is early. and not having a place to leave the luggage is a problem. The building is old but could be a little better maintained.

The apartment is amazing and even the location

the deposit that I told to customer support let me enter the apartment and I will make the deposit she left me outside on the door 1:30 minutes on the street with my luggage And my wife she was tired This is the first time that happened to me

Easy check-in procedure. They block 750 Euros on your credit card via Swikly which doesn't affect your credit limit. Location was great and within 10 minutes walking distance to the Palais. Communication with Marion was quick and easy.

Our apartment was on the 2nd floor and there was no lift in the building. Carrying our suitcases up and down 2 flights of stairs was very difficult and tiring. If you have children or elderly people in your group and are traveling with heavy bags, then you should reconsider before booking this apartment. The apartment is perfect for a couple / small family. The kitchen was well stocked but unfortunately we didn't get a chance to cook as we were out every evening. Wifi definitely needs improvement as it kept hanging. Bathroom was nice but very small. If you are a tall / larger person, getting in the shower would prove to be a challenge. There is only 1 AC for the whole apartment. There was no AC in the bedroom (it's located just outside) but the host provided us with a fan on request which was highly appreciated as we could have a good night's sleep.

Location was great and it was clean.

The kitchen was outdated and headroom issue.
